- Will my phone work with this eSIM?
- It needs to support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Most phones sold since 2019 do. There is a ten-second check on our compatibility page, and if yours is not on it, do not buy — we would rather lose the sale than issue a QR code you cannot install.
- Is there a daily data limit in Australie · Royaume-Uni · États-Unis?
- No. These are fixed bundles: the whole allowance runs at full speed, nothing is throttled part-way through a day, and when the data is gone it is gone. Most "unlimited" travel eSIMs cap you at a few GB per day and publish that on a resources page rather than the plan card.
- When does the validity start?
- On activation, not at purchase. Buy it weeks ahead if you like — the clock starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at the destination.
- Which networks does it use in Australie · Royaume-Uni · États-Unis?
- Optus, O2, Vodafone, 3, Verizon. Coverage and speed are whatever those carriers provide — we resell their network, we do not operate one.
- Can I make calls and send SMS?
- No — this is data only. Your home number stays on your normal SIM for calls and texts, so keep its data roaming switched off and use apps for voice.
